How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $250 within the US.

Otherwise it's anywhere from $5-$19 depending on what you order and where it's going.

International orders are set at a Flat Rate of $19 for smaller goods and $69 for larger goods. This includes tracking and insurance.

How long does shipping take?

We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! All international orders are subject to review and credit verification before shipment. In order to expedite such verification process, we encourage our international customers to use trusted transaction services such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Afterpay. 

Will I be taxed or charged with customs duty or fees?

Customs duties may be charged depending upon the country in which you reside. We are not responsible for payment of such duty.

Can I return or exchange the international order?

Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Leather naturally distresses with use, and variations of the material are expected. To ensure the longevity and beauty, please follow these care guidelines.

1. Avoid prolonged exposure to liquids and extreme elements.

2. Regularly sweep the leather with a lint-free, soft cloth.

3. Let water stains dry naturally. When fully dry, wipe with a lint-free soft cloth.

4. Treat stains immediately with a high-quality leather cleaner.

5. Never run over stains and always spot test in an inconspicuous area before treatment.

6. After use, refill interior with tissue paper and store in a dust bag.
